🗑️ Request User Data Deletion

At CodingSphinx, we take your privacy seriously. If you’ve created an account with us or interacted with our services and would like your personal data deleted, you’re in the right place.

🔐 What Happens When You Request Deletion?

• All personal data associated with your account (including your email, profile info, and usage history) will be permanently erased from our systems.
• This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
• We may retain anonymized or aggregate data that cannot be used to identify you.

📩 How to Request Deletion

1. Email Request

Send a request from the email linked to your account to:

privacy@codingsphinx.com
Subject: User Data Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your full name (optional)
• Your username (if applicable)
• A reason for the request (optional, but appreciated)

2. In-App Deletion

If you're using one of our apps, navigate to:

Settings → Account → Delete My Data
Then follow the confirmation steps.

⏳ How Long Does It Take?

We typically process deletion requests within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
